All Strange Rope pieces are handmade in Dali, Yunnan, China.

To provide more reliable international delivery, orders may first be transferred from Dali to our DHL dispatch partner in Guangzhou before being shipped overseas.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment is confirmed.

Because our pieces are handmade in small quantities, some items may require additional preparation time. If there is any delay, we will contact you by email.

Shipping Method

Free DHL Express Shipping is available for orders of $250 or more.

International orders are usually shipped with DHL Express or other available international carriers, depending on the destination country and shipping conditions.

Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch from China, international delivery usually takes 7–21 business days, depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and local delivery service.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs inspections, holidays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges required by the destination country.

These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Strange Rope is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

Materials Declaration

Strange Rope jewelry is made with resin and metal components.

All skeletal forms are resin replicas. No real animal bones, teeth, horns, or remains are used.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us by email and we will help check the shipping status.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery time may vary depending on the carrier and customs process.
