We make reasonable efforts to display product photographs, colors, measurements, materials, and descriptions accurately. However, colors and details may appear differently depending on your screen or device.

Some decorative components may be made from resin or other imitation materials. The materials stated on each product page form part of the product description. Please read the description carefully before purchasing.

  1. PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY

Our products are decorative fashion accessories and artworks. Unless expressly stated otherwise, they are not intended for children.

Customers are responsible for checking product dimensions, materials, weight, care instructions, and any known allergies or sensitivities before purchasing or wearing an item.

Products should be kept away from small children, pets, fire, excessive moisture, chemicals, perfume, and strong impact. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount paid using the original payment method.

Customers must provide complete and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

  1. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or at checkout. Currency conversions displayed by payment providers may be estimates, and the final amount charged may depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

We reserve the right to change prices before an order is accepted. Price changes will not affect orders already accepted, except where correction of an obvious pricing error is permitted by law.

Payment must be completed using one of the methods available at checkout. Additional transaction or currency-conversion fees charged by a bank or payment provider are the customer’s responsibility.

  1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Available shipping destinations, shipping charges, and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout or stated in our Shipping Policy when available.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Customs inspections, carrier delays, weather, public holidays, local disruptions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after dispatch. Risk of loss transfers in accordance with applicable law.

If a package is returned because the customer provided an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failed to collect it, the customer may be responsible for reasonable reshipping or return costs, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Products made, altered, or personalized according to a customer’s instructions may require additional production time.

The customer is responsible for checking all names, measurements, colors, specifications, and other personalization details before confirming the order.

Once production has begun, a custom or personalized order may not be changed or cancelled unless we agree or applicable law requires otherwise. Statutory rights relating to defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products remain unaffected.

All content on this website, including product designs, photographs, artwork, graphics, logos, videos, text, and layout, is owned by or licensed to Strange Rope and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
